World Traveling Tale…and so it begins!

I walked by a booth at a craft fair and the bracelet called to me. I was instantly fascinated with the thought of a simple bracelet traveling the world from person to person and the stories that would be sparked and shared.   They say there are only Six degrees of separation between all living beings and I wanted to throw the beginning of some connections out into the universe thru the simple conversations started by this strip of leather passed from one to another. I'm starting the journey of this bracelet by passing it along to a bright young engineer who is taking the opportunity I always wished I had and going on an awesome traveling adventure.  I am very envious as I have only had one world traveling adventure to Machu Picchu.   My wish for him is that he has the time of his life, shares some wonderful stories and memorable moments with other gypsy souls, and finds the right moment to pass this simple strip of leather on to continue the journey. I received this bracelet from my friend Sandy. Since receiving this bracelet, it has gone with me to Malaysia, Thailand, Germany and now Australia. I started my journey almost a year ago. Since then, I have been traveling the world. 17 countries in one year! I haven’t found the perfect person to pass my bracelet on to yet but I’m sure I will soon :)
