One of the most important people in my life gave me the Compass Bracelet as a Christmas gift. From her is where I get my desire to travel; she adopted me into many of her travels, starting around the time I was 14. She always pushes me to do and to be my best, to work hard, and to follow my dreams. She is an enormous inspiration to me in every facet of life. I believe she purchased the bracelet for me to encourage mindfulness in my travels as well as my daily happenings, and so that is the goal I’ll set for my bracelet: to be mindful of my time and the people with whom I spend it.
