I’m North Dakota born and raised, and some of my best lessons came from growing up on a family farm. I learned to work hard, figure things out, and never worry about whose job something was when it needed to get done.
That mindset eventually led me to civil engineering. After starting in aviation and commercial development, an unexpected opportunity to design roads for a challenging wind project in Texas opened the door to renewables. More than a decade later, I still enjoy solving difficult problems with great people and helping bring some incredible projects to life. But no matter where work takes me, family is my true north. I’m happiest making memories with my wife and two kids, whether we’re boating at the lake, escaping to a beach, catching a UND hockey game, or hunting with my dad.
