In the summer of 2018, I was on a two month long mission trip where I was in a different state/country every week…sometimes every day. I started in Jamaica, then Mexico (where I received the bracelet), and then domestic to Houston TX, South Padre Island TX, New Orleans LA, Panther WV, and Chattanooga. I live in Douglasville GA and go to school in Auburn AL… needless to say, this bracelet has been some places! The owner before me never registered the bracelet but lives in South Carolina and is the sweetest girl. Her name is Elizabeth and she just graduated high school…what a sweet adventure she’s about to embark on! Its so neat how I get to start the journey of this bracelet. To whomever has it in the past, the white paint drops are from painting/building a church in Calkini Campeche Mexico, the grey paint is from painting bleachers in South Padre Island TX, and the scuff marks are from cement blocks. The hashtag for this bracelet is #livingfree3130 because the summer I received this bracelet, I learned so much about the enemy (don’t freak out) and how his is at work; I learned about dropping my fears, my self doubt, my anxieties, my worries, my thoughts of “I’m not enough” and running the race set before me, fixing my eyes on Jesus, the perfecter of my faith (Hebrews 12:1-2).

Peace and Blessings,

E

I received my compass bracelet while in Calkini Yucatan, Mexico on a mission trip from a camper. I love this idea and I want to not only share this bracelet around but hopefully, somehow, the love of God as well.
