Honestly I’m a OTR truck driver who found it in the ground in the middle of the parking lot on my way back to my truck. I intended to try and find its owner as there was a web address and a number on it, however when i looked it up i found out what it is really intended to do and thought what a better way to honor its intended purpose than to continue its journey for a while before I pass it on to another for its next adventure.
