I was traveling to an end of year meeting with my team at work and saw the bracelets in the airport and felt that it was a great opportunity to bring additional meaning that aligns with our work. We were discussing the impact of the work that each member of the team brings to their work and how many times we don’t see the impact of our effort, but this was an additional reminder to look for opportunities to impact the lives of others and hopefully be able to see the ripple effect of how that can spread and grow.
