I passed through Salt Lake City airport after flying out here to visit my brother. He is fighting brain stem cancer as the tumor is growing. Family is so important to me, and he moved out to Idaho from Minnesota several years ago to follow his passion of skiing in the mountains. I can see why he loves this area. It’s serene, calm, and comforting.
I believe kindness is important because we are all coming into the moments of life bearing different crosses and navigating our way the best we can. It is important to spread kindness to other humans, even when we don’t know their story, and it is incredibly important to be kind and gentle with ourselves. Being out west brings calmness to me, and it is my hope that the bracelet continues to represent calm and kindness as it makes its way though this world.
