Love that! ❤️ I’m an avid hiker since 2013. I completed the 52 hike Challenge, have hiked over 300 trails in Virginia, section hiked the AT, and destination hike all around the US. My favorite spots are Acadia/Maine, Sand Cave/KY, Oregan waterfall trail, Road to Hana trails in Maui, and McAfee Knob in my home state of VA. I enjoy spreading goodness & kindness through love, art, and creating nature’s concoctions as a home herbalist. I have passed on my love of nature and all peaceful things to my beautiful daughter & grandson and enjoy watching them grow in nature. Close friends refer to me as Red, Granola Girl, or Tater. My fave nicknames are mom & Nene. When I’m not hiking, walking, kayaking, or growing my flowers & veggies, you can find me canning, making salves, chapstick or tinctures.
