A friend gave me this bracelet in the final week of my preparation for my Appalachian Trail through hike attempt. Spreading kindness is important as it helps elevate the consciousness of the planet. I’m going to use this bracelet as a reminder to be thankful for of all the people that are supporting me back home and to help someone else everyday, especially when I’m having a hard day.
