My sister bought me the bracelet. I am doing the Camino de Santiago to try and grasp for a sense of good in people after living the last year in the United States. More people need to live out of their comfort zone and I want to be in a culture I don’t know around people different than me with religions I’m unfamiliar with. Not all Americans are small minded. Some of us are empathetic, we care about freedom of religion and we want to keep our country a melting pot. I love diversity, I love people, and I want other people to love people as much as I do too.
