My best friend gave me this bracelet to celebrate my 70th birthday. When I taught middle school, I helped my students start a campaign called “Kindness Counts”. We created a website where students could report acts of kindness they observed or received from others. Then we transferred these stories to posters which were placed all over the campus to highlight the goodness that occurs but is often overlooked.
