My brother and I are 128 miles into our journey across North Carolina. We decided to stop in at Rosie’s Parkway Restaurant in Glendale Springs for a quick bite to eat. We started talking with a very nice gentleman named J.D. and he happened to be the father of the daughter who owns Compass Bracelets. He was ecstatic to hear about our adventure along the Mountain-to-Sea Trail and felt compelled to share a bracelet for both my brother and I. This bracelet’s journey begins here in Glendale Springs and will make it to Jockey’s Ridge, Outer Banks and beyond.
