Warranty
If your bracelet is damaged, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you as long as you have the engraved clasp with the unique number. You’ll simply need to cover the cost of shipping it to us.
To request a repair or replacement:

Once we receive it, we’ll take care of the rest and get your bracelet back to you so its story can keep going.
Lost Your Bracelet?
If your bracelet has been lost, don’t worry—the story doesn’t have to end there. Simply:

- Purchase a new bracelet.
We will connect your new bracelet to your original number, ensuring the journey continues with all of your bracelet’s past stories intact.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To process a return:

- Once submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Ship the item back to us with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
