A college friend encouraged me to explore opportunities in the renewable energy industry when I was transitioning from a career in education. What started as a simple conversation became a life-changing opportunity, leading me to a career where I can contribute to a growing industry and make a positive impact every day. I am especially excited to witness the rapid growth of renewable energy and be part of an industry that is shaping a more sustainable future for generations to come.

I've been fortunate to grow alongside the renewable energy industry. I began my career designing electrical collection systems for utility-scale wind farms, helping bring clean energy from remote locations to the grid. As the industry evolved, I transitioned into large-scale solar design and now support the next chapter of the energy transition through Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Looking back, it's been incredibly rewarding to adapt, learn, and contribute to technologies that are reshaping our energy future, while today having the opportunity to lead talented teams delivering innovative solar and energy storage solutions.
