My journey began in the semiconductor industry over 35 years ago, a technical foundation that led me to the renewable sector a decade later. In those early days, I was developing processes and equipment for the polysilicon industry, collaborating with overseas partners to lay the quiet groundwork for modern solar power. Watching this industry evolve from those nascent stages into a global movement that beautifully encompasses and sustains so many lives has been the absolute privilege of my career. As I reflect on this blooming renewable world, I am deeply inspired to see what the next generation builds.
