I was at the airport in Seattle (SeaTac, to be exact) on Saturday, September 12th. I was on my way to visit Lindsay in Boulder, CO and then to head off into the mountains to Avon for a week of exercise, mountain air, self reflection, & acceptance as I transition from perimenopause to menopause. I also have a lot of personal “work” to do that I have neglected this summer while enjoying quality time with Allan. I’m excited to deeply explore some new big ideas and plan some epic adventures with my family & those I love!
