I am starting this bracelets journey here in Columbia SC at Yoga Masala where I manage. In a few days one of our teachers is flying to India for additional training and I want her to take it with her and pass it on to someone wonderful that she meets along the way. Today is International Women’s Day and I want this bracelet to represent do no harm, but take no shit …..Live your life in a way that leaves a trail of goodness and happiness in your wake. Be strong, courageous and fearless and most of all listen to your heart and do what is right even when it’s not the popular choice. Follow your dreams and be open to new experiences, people and cultures because what I have learned is the more you see of the world the more we are all the same. We all seek love, kindness and the ability to prosper in its many different forms. Howell, we wish you safe travels, grand adventures and the ability to learn new things so you can come home to share them with all of us.
