I received my bracelet from a lovely, inspiring friend who has traveled my creativity and trauma healing journey with me. My mission now is to share my healing arts story with others, inspire them to tell their own story in what ever way speaks to them – paint it, collage it, sing it, write it, say it to the mirror – because when we release our stories out into the world we make room for the next chapters just waiting for space to open. I’m spreading the word about the power of storytelling through creativity with other kindred souls in need of healing. My bracelet will be a constant reminder of the power of connection – stories help us connect with one another. And telling our stories helps us heal.
