My Journey in the Energy Transformation

Every journey begins with a connection. The renewable energy industry is often described through miles of transmission lines, gigawatts of capacity and ambitious projects that shape the future. Yet behind every achievement is something even more important: people. The relationships we build with mentors, colleagues, partners and friends help us navigate challenges, discover opportunities and create lasting impact. Together, these connections form a network that is every bit as important as the infrastructure we design and build. This bracelet symbolizes that shared journey. Just as energy travels across a connected grid, ideas, encouragement and opportunities move through the relationships that strengthen our industry. As this bracelet continues its journey, it will carry the stories of the people who wore it before and those who will wear it next. Thank you for being part of a community that continues to inspire, support and empower one another as we work together to Wire the Future®.

I've been working in the corporate world since I was 17, across different roles, until my path led me to project management. Along the way, I realized I wanted my work to feel more connected to the positive change I hoped to see in the world. After many prayers and moments of meditation, I took a leap of faith into the unknown. Two years ago, renewables found me, and it felt like the universe gently answered a question I had been carrying in my heart.I still have much to learn, but it feels like I'm exactly where I'm meant to be. Trust the journey—sometimes the path appears only after we take the first step. Attaching a photo of me in one of my favorite places in the whole world❤️. Wishing you courage, purpose, and beautiful surprises along your own journey. ✨🌿💚

I started my career in the energy industry more than two decades ago and have had a front-row seat to an incredible transformation—from traditional power generation to the rapid growth and evolution of renewable energy. Over the years, I’ve seen how quickly the industry has changed and how clean energy has become an increasingly important part of our energy landscape. That transformation is what drew me to renewables. I wanted to be part of a community that is helping shape the future of energy—one where clean, sustainable, and reliable power is not an alternative, but an integral part of the energy fabric.
