My journey within energy

As a veteran of the Power & Renewables industry, I began my career on the OEM side within the System Controls division. As the renewable energy industry evolved and matured, I transitioned into the renewable energy sector, where I have had the opportunity to work on BESS, PV, and wind projects across the United States. It is a privilege to be part of an industry that is helping transform the energy sector and accelerate the transition toward a more sustainable, clean energy future.

My journey in renewable energy started from the ground up as a project manager building utility-scale solar projects across the U.S., traveling from site to site and living in my Airstream along the way. From solar, I expanded into wind construction before eventually trading life on the road for a new challenge in development. I spent the next six years developing solar, wind, and BESS projects, gaining a completely different perspective on what it takes to bring renewable projects from an idea to reality. That journey eventually led me to Ulteig, where I now serve as a Market Leader, bringing my experience across construction and development together to better understand our clients, anticipate their needs, and ensure we deliver the best possible service.

I have been part of the energy industry for more than 15 years, beginning with a decade in oil and gas before transitioning to green hydrogen and, ultimately, renewables. What has always drawn me to this industry is its dynamic nature and the essential role it plays in powering economies and supporting everyday life. It is the backbone of survival Working in renewables gives me a strong sense of purpose. It allows me to contribute, in my own way, to building a cleaner and more sustainable energy future. That sense of purpose is what motivates me to bring my best every day, continually learn and grow, and help create meaningful outcomes for our communities, and future generations
