I was in Phoenix to see family and tour around while my mother was at a conference for the weekend. I found the Compass bracelets in the Phoenix airport. My mom and I got bracelets for ourselves and our other two family members.
I may give my bracelet to another traveler or a local. I want to give it away to someone I make a connection with while traveling. The kinda connection where you’re two strangers sharing a moment on a crowded bus and you both laugh about a shared experience or someone you share a tour group with and you start talking about how you found this place. I want to give it away in a moment of shared serendipity.
