My first visit to New Mexico came through my first military orders. Over the past two weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to help build homes for Native American families—an experience that has been both humbling and meaningful.
Working alongside people from different backgrounds, hearing their stories, and contributing in a small way to their community reminded me that service is about more than just completing a mission. It’s about connection, compassion, and making a positive impact.
I hope to carry these meaningful stories with me, share them with others, and continue spreading kindness, understanding, and love wherever I go.
