SEArching for good at the beach

# 3265

My husband and I love living on the coast and we love trying new adventures as we are headed into our 5th year of marriage! When I bought this bracelet I was almost brought to tears with its beautiful message! I knew I would be challenged as I live a stressful life as a teacher, worship leader, youth leader, wife and dog mom. BUT- I have an amazing husband that always has acts of kindness at the forefront of his mind. (I’m grinning right now thinking of how lucky I am to have him.) Being a teacher I see so many crazy stories, have students in impossible situations with home life and health, and have friends going through some really tough times. My bracelet reminds me to stay focused, stay positive, and be a light to those around me. My husband Nate and I as  team did not take this challenge lightly and have also loved the reminder this bracelet gives us to look for the GOOD, focus on your blessings and do random acts of kindness when you can. It’s been a fun journey for us to pay for people behind us in line for coffee, pick up a random couples tab while out to eat, and just to be positive and uplifting while at work on tough days. I hope this bracelet can do as much for the next person as it has for me! Love wins. Kindness wins.

My bracelet reminds me to do acts every day not just so I can share them but because “we just might start a chain reaction” (Columbines Rachel’s Challenge motto).
